1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rabetgame platform – whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser on your Android or iOS device, or any other means – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any service on rabetgame. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete and binding agreement between you and rabetgame with respect to your use of the platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use rabetgame, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident or present in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be subject to any restriction, legal prohibition, or court order that prevents you from participating in online gaming.
• You must be registering and playing under your own real identity – no proxy accounts, no acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not currently be self-excluded or voluntarily suspended from the rabetgame platform.

rabetgame reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any PHP balance held pending review.

3Account Registration and KYC

Each person may hold only one account on rabetgame. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. This mobile number is used for OTP verification and must remain active and in your possession.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and a selfie. KYC is a one-time process that protects your account and ensures your PHP winnings are paid to you – not to anyone else.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure.
• Never share your password or OTP with any third party – including anyone claiming to represent rabetgame support.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via [email protected]
• rabetgame is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits on rabetgame are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion on this platform. You deposit PHP, your balance is shown in PHP, and your bets are placed in PHP.

Deposits are accepted through the Philippine payment channels available in your account's Deposit section. These include Philippine bank transfers, mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Only methods listed in your account at the time of deposit are available.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency are not accepted on rabetgame.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account at time of deposit.
• rabetgame does not charge deposit fees on its end, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your account in error must be reported immediately. Using mistakenly credited funds may result in account suspension.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your PHP balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are sent to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet only.

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must go to an account registered in your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• OTP confirmation on your registered Philippine mobile number is required for withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment channel.
• rabetgame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain PHP thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is a pending investigation into your account.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

rabetgame offers a range of game categories including online slots, eBingo, fish shooting games, sports betting, and live casino. Each game category operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game or betting interface.

By placing a bet or spinning a game, you confirm that:

• You understand how the game works and accept the displayed odds or RTP (Return to Player) as applicable.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin is independent. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by rabetgame and may change before the event starts. Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a technical error or a game malfunction, rabetgame reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked PHP to your account balance.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance.

rabetgame reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict access to certain game categories, or decline specific bets at its discretion without prior notice.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rabetgame and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Holding more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or payment processing issues for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Sharing your account credentials, allowing others to use your account, or playing on behalf of another person.

rabetgame actively monitors account activity for irregular patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be placed under review pending investigation. During this period, withdrawals may be temporarily held.

8Account Suspension and Termination

rabetgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account if:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 is confirmed.
• The account is involved in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, rabetgame may forfeit the PHP balance in the account. For suspensions due to other reasons, verified funds may be returned to the account holder following investigation, at rabetgame's discretion.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closing your account does not waive any outstanding obligations you have under these terms.

9Responsible Gaming

rabetgame is committed to responsible gaming. Online gaming involves financial risk. It should always be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

We encourage all players to:

• Set a clear PHP budget for each gaming session and never exceed it.
• Use time limits alongside budget limits to manage your play sessions.

• Losses resulting from the player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Interruption to services caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond rabetgame's reasonable control.

rabetgame's total liability to any individual player in connection with a specific claim shall not exceed the PHP amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Changes to These Terms

rabetgame may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the rabetgame platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
